Why won't my Nureva Room Manager open matching when video extenders are used?

Nureva Room Manager only recognizes Nureva projectors for the "matching" process. When Cat5e video extenders are used, the projector identification information may be stripped away, and therefore the matching process can't be completed.


We recommend using a standard DDC EDID ghosting emulator connected to the PC driving the Nureva Wall. Nureva has successfully tested a solution from ConnectPro.
