Resetting user passwords

You can reset a user's password if you're a subscription administrator.

Administrators who manage education subscriptions have the ability to reset user passwords for other users within the subscription. All administrative tasks are completed on the web client using a compatible browser.

Users from both education and business subscriptions can edit their own passwords by following the steps in the article: Changing or resetting your password.

Reset a user's password

  1. Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
  2. If you do not have a user account, logging in will bring you directly to your subscriptions. If you have a user account, click your name on the right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Users
  4. Click on the three dot menu beside the user whose password you wish to reset
  1. Select Reset password
