Switching a user to a teacher or student account

Administrators who manage education subscriptions have the ability to specify whether a user is a teacher or a student. Follow the steps below to edit a user's role. All administrative tasks are completed on the web client using a certified browser on a computer.

Edit a teacher or student account

  1. Go to span.nureva.com and log in to your account
  2. If you do not have a user account, logging in will bring you directly to your subscriptions. If you have a user account, click your name on the right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Users
  4. Click on the three dot menu beside the name of the teacher or student you wish to edit
  1. Select Change role
  2. From here you can switch a user's status from teacher to student or vice versa
